Spring 2026: Good rate, pre furnished, close to campus!

Hello!

My name is Lucas Michalopoulos, and I am an international student transferring back to Europe this semester, so I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Lark on Main, which is a 3 minute walk from the corner!

The apartment is pre furnished, you have your own bedroom and bathroom which lock, as well as a mini fridge in the room I have bought, and a lot of shared applicances such as an air frier, pots, pans, slow cooker, ninja creami, vacuum, and anything else you would need to cook/clean. The apartment comes with a washer dryer system inside, and the building has its own gym, study area, outside area, and other common facilities.

The rate is at $1129 a month.
