Located at 815 West 17th street unit number 3. You will find a townhouse style one bedroom unit. The 1st floor has living room and kitchen. The 2nd floor has bedroom and bathroom. Monthly rent is set at $700. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. The owner will pay $200 towards the water, sewer, and trash quarterly bill. Anything passed that point will be tenant responsibility.

Pets allowed $250 non refundable fee then $50 per month. 1 pet permitted, animal must be 25lbs or less.
