Hi! I am going abroad next semester and am looking for someone to take over my room for the spring semester (around Dec 15 - May 31).

It's a private bedroom in a 3BR apartment right by campus - super convenient! The room is furnished and shares a bathroom with one other person.

The apartment is fully furnished too and has an in-unit washer + dryer.

Rent is $1450/month, and all utilities are included, so no extra bills.
