WB Sanders Retirement Center

WB Sanders Retirement Center is a community style living of 61 efficiency studio apartment homes. Our community here is for ones that meet annual income qualifications and 62 years of age and/or disabled. WB Sanders had a time capsule that was placed inside the wall shortly after the building was built in May of 1982 and we were able to open it after our remodel and fill it with more memories and put it back into place in October of 2018 for someone else 25 years from now to open.
