Looking for someone to take over our lease at The Wilde in Raleigh, a modern student-friendly apartment community just 5 minutes from NC State (also great for Meredith and Wake Tech students).

Our daughter unfortunately decided she no longer wanted to be a college student and wanted to try working instead of going to school. So we are stuck with the lease unless we find someone to re-let the apartment.

We will pay the first months rent for you. No rent due until 12/1. You will start your own new lease with the Wilde, not taking over ours.

- Shared living room, kitchen, and laundry (washer/dryer in unit)
- Fully furnished with bed, desk, lamp, and drawers - move-in ready
- $805 base rent (utilities included); pet-friendly with additional fee
- Free open parking, optional reserved parking for a fee
- Amenities: gym, pool, basketball courts, and shuttle to NC State

If you are interested in re-let, contact Wilde office directly. Tell them you are interested in "Flanagan Re-Let". If you do not do this, they will process your application as a new guest and you will not get the first months rent free from us. Obviously, you must be approved through The Wilde.
