Qualified Applicants should have: a gross income of at least 4x the monthly rent, no prior evictions and no outstanding utility collections (i.e. gas, cable, electric, water, cell phones, etc...). $50 per adult application fee. All persons 18+ must complete an application. Credit history will be considered. Persons whose credit has been negatively impacted by federal/state declared disasters may submit a letter of explanation (max 200 words) for consideration.
