β’ $25.00 for a copy of the key
β’ $150.00 to rekey
β’ $100.00 for after-hours lock out fee
β’ $25.00 for office hours lock out fee
β’ $30.00 fee if tenant is served any form of notice from our office or bonding service
β’ $35.00 NSF bank fees for returned checks
β’ 5% late fee on rent charges after the 3rd day of the month
β’ $75 fee for filter replacement if filter is not changed when required
β’ $100 utility fee if services are reverted to UPM during your tenancy
